Pick up Information
Our Auckland Airport branch is located just minutes away from the terminal. On arrival please phone us on freephone 0800 1795 1795 or 09-275 4085 (or directly come to our yard) and we will transfer you to our Discount Car Rental depot to collect your car and complete rental formalities. This service operates daily, on a ‘phone for pick up’ basis.

>. At the International terminal
Exit door 8 and use the covered walkway that has clear signage to guide you to the Transport pick up zone. The walk is 5 to 10 minutes. Wait there for the FLYAWAY shuttle bus.
>. At the Domestic terminal
we will collect you from the shuttle bus pick up point outside doors 9 and 10 by Jetstar (please wait by the “Hotel and shuttle” sign)

- Arrival into Auckland Airport , After collected your luggage please call our free phone number +64-21-431 823, or 0800 77 66 99, to notify our after hours services partner (FLYAWAY) that you are ready. Address for FLYAWAY is: 3 Verissimo Drive, Mangere, Auckland.
- (International Terminal) Exit door 8 and use the covered walkway that has clear signage to guide you to the Transport pick up zone. The walk is 5 to 10 minutes. Wait there for the FLYAWAY shuttle bus. Take the key from the FLYAWAY reception.

- (Domestic Terminal) Exit Door 9 or 10 of the Jetstar Terminal, Cross over all the lanes and wait where all of the Super Shuttles are parked, and FLYAWAY shuttle bus will come to pick you up in about 10 mins. Take the key from the Flyaway reception.
Drop off Instructions

At the expiry of your rental agreement please return your vehicle back to our office 3 Verissimo Drive, Mangere. We will send you to the airport if needed.
> After hours
As you are departing outside of office hours you are to return your car to Our after-hours services partner FLYAWAY, at 3 Verissimo Drive, Mangere, Auckland.
Present the car key to the reception and ask the shuttle to drop you to the airport if needed.
